About The Mommy Network
What started out as a small community of mothers sharing information, advice and recommendations has grown into a curated Facebook network of over 15000 mothers in the city of Mumbai. Inviting friends and friends of friends, The Mommy Network Mumbai brings together a dynamic and exclusive group of mothers in the city.
The Founding Team
A former banker with Morgan Stanley, Tejal Bajla is an early education specialist and the founder of Brainsmith. Given her indepth understanding of the mother and baby space in India and her varied experience across industries; Tejal has played a key role in institutionalizing the platform at The Mommy Network.
A former management consultant with A.T. Kearney, Shreya Lamba is an operations specialist with over a decade of experience advising companies across Asia and a cofounder at The Mumum Company. Shreya is responsible for operations across The Mommy Network platforms.
A former lawyer turned pop star, Kiran Amlani is also the founder of Anhad a fast growing international retail brand. Kiran brings to the table a knack for conceptualizing unique events and is the brain behind the positioning and styling of many of our now established platforms.
The TMN Action Squad
Starting her career as a journalist, Damayanti plunged into the world of travel, wines, and spirits. Today, she manages the community and digital operations at The Mommy Network, and in her leisure, loves soaking up the French culture! Harshali takes on a dynamic role at the founder's office of The Mommy Network where she heads special projects. Harshali loves the hustle that her work brings as it reminds her of the fast-paced days when she was a national-level badminton player.
Popup 2016-2023
Organized by the mommies for the mommies, The Mommy Network Pop Up, is an exclusive children’s shopping exhibition that brings together some of the finest brands in children’s apparel, accessories, educational aids, toys, services, food, and more! True to our philosophy of maintaining the highest quality, the Pop Up showcases hand-picked brands in each category and brings several Indian and International brands under one roof. We are thrilled to host the 7th edition of The Mommy Network Pop Up on Friday, 20th October 2023, between 11 am and 8 pm at The St. Regis Mumbai!
